In response to user feedback, we have also made adjustments to improve usability for keyboard-only input and mobile device users. To streamline data sharing, we have optimized the verification flow ensuring candidates can easily share all necessary data for processing their application.
Finally, to further assist candidates in their busy schedules, we have introduced automated email and SMS reminders, prompting them to complete their background check requirements on time.
